We map Shopify orders, line items, discounts, taxes and shipping to the ERP sales order structure, handle partial fulfillments and refunds, and monitor the sync so failed records are retried and surfaced rather than lost.
Yes. AIONDATA can expose Shopify to AI agents through a custom MCP server that wraps the Admin API as governed tools such as look up an order, check stock at a location, or draft a customer reply. Access is scoped through Shopify access tokens and your own authorization rules, so agents only see what you allow.
