Besides syncing Shopify with your other systems, we can give Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot controlled access to it through an MCP server: read-only tools first, write actions with approval steps, and every call logged.

Which Shopify APIs does AIONDATA use for integrations?

We build on the Shopify Admin GraphQL API for reads and writes, Shopify webhooks (for example orders/create, orders/paid, inventory_levels/update) for near-real-time triggers, and Bulk Operations for large catalog or historical order loads. Where the integration needs to live inside the merchant admin we package it as a custom app installed on your store.

Can you connect Shopify to our ERP for order and inventory sync?

Yes. Shopify to ERP order sync and ERP to Shopify inventory sync is the most common request we see. We map Shopify orders, line items, discounts, taxes and shipping to the ERP sales order structure, handle partial fulfillments and refunds, and monitor the sync so failed records are retried and surfaced rather than lost.

Can our AI agents or copilots work with Shopify data?

Yes. AIONDATA can expose Shopify to AI agents through a custom MCP server that wraps the Admin API as governed tools such as look up an order, check stock at a location, or draft a customer reply. Access is scoped through Shopify access tokens and your own authorization rules, so agents only see what you allow.

Do you support Shopify Plus features like multiple stores and B2B?

Yes. We work with multi-store setups, Shopify Markets, B2B company and price-list features, and Shopify Flow where it is appropriate. For multi-store clients we typically centralize the integration so each storefront shares one set of ERP mappings and monitoring.
