Salary is calculated from attendance: per-employee duty times, single or double shift, a grace period and a late policy you define. Overtime and weekly-off work pay are optional, salary advances are tracked and recovered, and PF and new-regime TDS deductions can be switched on to appear on the payslip.
Leave types, quotas, holidays and weekly offs set for a department or a single employee, plus short leave, comp-off and manager approvals. Approved paid leave flows into payroll.
Staff check attendance, payslips and documents and request attendance corrections in the browser portal or the AionHRMS app on Google Play. Where a location enables it, they can also punch from the phone inside a geofence.
