Administrators
Workspace setup, access boundaries, approved connections, environment ownership and a practical support process. Leave knowing what to enable, what to review and how to revoke access.
Enterprise workshops / US & international
Hands-on Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and custom MCP workshops for the people responsible for making AI work. Your systems, an agreed sandbox, and practical skills your team can use after the session.
Start with the people
Workspace setup, access boundaries, approved connections, environment ownership and a practical support process. Leave knowing what to enable, what to review and how to revoke access.
Tool design, APIs, MCP, authentication, testing and deployment. Work through a bounded example and learn how to diagnose failures, not just repeat a successful demo.
Use-case selection, acceptance criteria, data handling and handover. Establish a shared definition of readiness before expanding a pilot to another team or system.
Choose your platform
The outline below is a starting point. We tailor the exercises to your team’s experience and approved platform capabilities; not every topic belongs in one session.
Developers, technical leads and workspace administrators
Plan a Claude workspace rollout or build a connected workflow using approved APIs. Keep assistant configuration, MCP hosting and application permissions as separate decisions.
Takeaway: A sandbox exercise, tool contract and operational handover checklist.
Official platform referenceMicrosoft 365 administrators, Power Platform makers and developers
Separate Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption from building a custom Copilot Studio agent. Select the track around the licenses, tenant policies and applications your team actually uses.
Takeaway: An agent exercise, environment checklist and evaluation scenarios.
Official platform referenceWorkspace owners, application developers and integration engineers
Choose a ChatGPT workspace workshop or an OpenAI API development lab. The two have different administration, deployment and commercial requirements; we scope them explicitly.
Takeaway: A worked integration example, evaluation set and maintenance notes.
Official platform referenceConfirm the audience, first workflow, learning goals and sandbox. Your administrator checks subscriptions, API access and installation policies. We agree what to prepare and which sample records are safe to use.
Build and test in small steps. Inspect the request, the service permissions and the returned result. Include a failed request and an access-denied scenario so the team sees where the boundaries are.
Keep the agreed exercises, configuration notes and acceptance checklist. We scope follow-up reviews, recordings and support separately so ownership and the next step are clear.
An exercise is not a production certification. Security review, load testing and release approval remain separate work. AIONDATA provides independent training; vendor subscriptions and certification programs are not included.
Yes. A standalone workshop can focus on one platform, a custom MCP server or the operational handover for an existing solution. We agree the audience, prerequisites, exercises and deliverables before confirming the scope.
The core offer is hands-on technical enablement for administrators, makers and developers. We can include an introductory session for business users, but engineering labs require familiarity with APIs, authentication and the selected development tools.
No. We prefer a sandbox and synthetic or approved, de-identified sample data. Your administrator confirms licenses and access before the workshop. Production credentials and confidential records should never be sent through the enquiry form.
Yes. AIONDATA has Bay Area leadership and an engineering team in India. Remote sessions can be planned around your time zones. On-site delivery, travel, cohort size and follow-up support are agreed separately.
No. These are independent AIONDATA workshops, not Anthropic, Microsoft or OpenAI certification programs. We do not promise a vendor credential or imply that the vendors endorse our training.
The estimate depends on the platform, audience, number of sessions, lab preparation and follow-up needed. We can scope a focused workshop or a staged enablement program. Vendor subscriptions, API usage and any travel are identified separately in the proposal.
