Zoho People is an HRMS for small and mid-sized organisations, popular in India and part of Zoho One, covering employee records, attendance, leave, shifts, timesheets and performance. Companies integrate it to connect non-Zoho payroll, accounting and biometric devices, and to unify HR data with ERP and project systems. AIONDATA builds Zoho People integrations using the Zoho People REST API with OAuth 2.0, custom forms and webhooks, delivered as a custom sync, an iPaaS flow, or an MCP server for AI agents.
We use the Zoho People REST API with OAuth 2.0 for forms, employee records, attendance and leave, and webhooks or Deluge functions for triggers. Custom forms are used when the client tracks data beyond the standard modules.
Yes. We connect Zoho People to non-Zoho payroll systems, Tally and other accounting platforms, sending attendance summaries, leave and employee master changes so payroll runs on current data. Statutory fields such as PF and ESI identifiers are mapped as required.
Yes. AIONDATA can expose Zoho People to AI agents via a custom MCP server with tools for employee lookup, attendance summaries and leave requests. Access is limited by the OAuth scopes granted to the connection.
Yes. We integrate device logs from eSSL, ZKTeco and Realtime terminals, including through AIONDATA’s own AION HRMS attendance platform, and push punches into Zoho People attendance. This works across multiple locations and mixed hardware.
