Zoho CRM is a widely used CRM among small and mid-sized businesses, especially in India, and is part of the broader Zoho One suite. Companies integrate it to move leads, deals and accounts into non-Zoho ERPs, accounting platforms such as Tally, and custom applications. Zoho CRM and AI assistants (MCP)
Official MCP server: available. Zoho offers four pre-built remote Zoho CRM MCP servers (read-only insights, record CRUD, customization, workflows) with OAuth; calls use your normal API credits.
Besides syncing Zoho CRM with your other systems, we can give Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot controlled access to it through an MCP server: read-only tools first, write actions with approval steps, and every call logged.

Which Zoho CRM APIs do you use?
We use the Zoho CRM REST API with OAuth 2.0 for record operations, Bulk Read and Bulk Write APIs for large migrations, and webhooks or workflow rules for real-time triggers. Deluge custom functions are used when logic is better placed inside Zoho.
Can you integrate Zoho CRM with Tally or another accounting system?
Yes. Zoho CRM to Tally, QuickBooks and Xero are common requests, syncing invoices, receipts and outstanding balances so sales sees collections without leaving the CRM. For Tally we work with the XML interface or a connector depending on your setup.
Can AI agents access Zoho CRM?
Yes. AIONDATA can expose Zoho CRM to AI agents via a custom MCP server, giving them governed tools to search records, create notes and move deals through stages. Scopes are limited through Zoho OAuth so the agent only has the access you grant.
We already use Zoho Flow. Why would we need AIONDATA?
Zoho Flow works well for simple Zoho-to-Zoho automations. When the other side is an on-premise ERP, a legacy database or a system with complex matching rules, a custom API sync is usually more reliable. We can configure Zoho Flow where it fits and build custom pieces where it does not.
