SAP S/4HANA is SAP's flagship enterprise ERP, run either as S/4HANA Cloud or on-premise, covering finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and procurement at scale. Enterprises integrate S/4HANA to keep master data and transactions consistent with satellite systems such as Salesforce, a B2B commerce platform, a WMS, or an analytics warehouse. AIONDATA builds these integrations with the standard OData and SOAP APIs published on the SAP Business Accelerator Hub, BAPIs and IDocs for on-premise, and SAP Integration Suite or another iPaaS when the client already owns one.
For S/4HANA Cloud we use the released OData V2/V4 and SOAP APIs documented on the SAP Business Accelerator Hub, authenticated via communication arrangements. For on-premise S/4HANA we can also use BAPIs through RFC, IDocs for asynchronous document exchange, or custom OData services built with SAP Gateway.
No. If you already license SAP Integration Suite we are happy to build iFlows on it, but many clients prefer a lighter custom API sync or a third-party iPaaS. We recommend the approach based on your existing licenses, message volumes, and how much of the logic needs to live inside the SAP landscape.
Yes. AIONDATA can build a custom MCP server that wraps selected S/4HANA APIs as tools, with role-based scoping so an agent can, for example, read order status and stock but only create documents after human approval. This keeps SAP authorizations in control while giving your teams a conversational interface to the ERP.
We build and test against your development or quality system first, using the same transport and communication arrangement discipline your SAP team already follows. Integration configuration, mappings, and error handling are documented so your basis and functional teams can support them after go-live.
Tell us the other system and what needs to flow between them. You'll get an honest scope and timeline.
