Official MCP server: available. Microsoft's Dataverse MCP server (GA Dec 15, 2025) reaches Dynamics 365 Sales tables and records; the Sales-specific MCP server is in preview. Non-Copilot Studio use is billed unless licensed.

How do you integrate with Dynamics 365 Sales?
We use the Dataverse Web API (OData v4) with Azure AD app registrations for authentication, and Dataverse webhooks or Azure Service Bus for change notifications. Power Automate is used when a flow is simple and best maintained by your own admins.
Can you connect Dynamics 365 Sales to a non-Microsoft ERP or accounting system?
Yes. While Dynamics 365 Sales pairs naturally with Business Central and Finance, we frequently connect it to SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, QuickBooks and Tally. We handle field mapping, identifier storage and error handling so both sides stay consistent.
Can AI agents use Dynamics 365 Sales data?
Yes. AIONDATA can expose Dynamics 365 Sales to AI agents via a custom MCP server, providing tools for searching accounts, reading opportunity history and creating tasks. Access follows Dataverse security roles for the connected user.
Will the integration survive Dynamics 365 release waves?
