Gyms, studios and multi-branch fitness chains integrate it so membership revenue reaches the accounting system, attendance hardware feeds the platform, and member data can be used by AI assistants. As the product owner, AIONDATA integrates it through first-party APIs.

Besides syncing Advice.fit with your other systems, we can give Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot controlled access to it through an MCP server: read-only tools first, write actions with approval steps, and every call logged.

What is Advice.fit?
Advice.fit is AIONDATA’s gym management and health platform for gym owners, studios, trainers and multi-location fitness businesses. It combines memberships, payments, attendance, lead CRM, coaching plans and revenue analytics in one system with member-facing apps.
Can Advice.fit integrate with our accounting software?
Yes. AIONDATA connects Advice.fit to Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Xero so invoices, receipts and refunds flow to the ledger per branch. GST treatment and payment-gateway settlements are mapped as part of the implementation.
Can AI agents use Advice.fit data?
Yes. AIONDATA can expose Advice.fit to AI agents via an MCP server with tools for member lookup, attendance history, plan status and renewal actions. Member data access is scoped per branch and role.
Which attendance hardware works with Advice.fit?
Advice.fit supports biometric and QR-code attendance, and AIONDATA also builds AionHRMS, which works with eSSL, ZKTeco and Realtime terminals. We can connect your existing devices rather than requiring replacements in most cases.
