ADP Workforce Now is a widely used HR and payroll platform for mid-sized businesses, covering payroll, benefits, time and HR records. Companies integrate it because ADP is often the system of record for pay while another HRMS, ERP or time system holds the rest of the employee lifecycle. AIONDATA builds ADP integrations using the ADP Workforce Now APIs (Workers, Payroll, Time and Pay Data Input) available through the ADP Marketplace with certificate-based OAuth, delivered as a custom sync, an iPaaS flow, or an MCP server for AI agents.

Official MCP server: none yet. ADP offers no MCP server; ADP Assist runs inside ADP products and, through a Marketplace app, in Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and API access needs the API Central add-on (not listed for RUN).
Besides syncing ADP with your other systems, we can give Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot controlled access to it through an MCP server: read-only tools first, write actions with approval steps, and every call logged.

How do you connect to ADP Workforce Now?
We build against the ADP Workforce Now APIs exposed through the ADP Marketplace, using certificate-based OAuth 2.0 client credentials. Endpoints include Workers, Pay Data Input, Payroll Outputs and Time, and we work with ADP to get the required API scopes enabled on your account.
Can you integrate ADP with our HRMS and accounting system?
Yes. A typical design has the HRMS as source for worker data flowing into ADP, and ADP payroll results flowing into accounting as journals. We reconcile gross-to-net totals and headcount each cycle before the journal posts.
Can AI agents access ADP data?
Yes. AIONDATA can expose ADP to AI agents via a custom MCP server that offers read-only reporting tools and selected write operations such as time entry. Payroll-sensitive fields are restricted or masked according to your policy.
What if we use a different ADP product?
We also work with ADP RUN, ADP Vantage and ADP GlobalView, each of which has its own API surface. Tell us the product and region and we will scope the integration accordingly.
